James A. Clark (Jim) is the President of Cettei & Connell, Inc. He has been with the agency for the past 27 years. Jim is the son-in-law of the late David Connell, Jr., one of the agency's original owners. Jim is a life long resident of the Woodbury area, and is a graduate of Woodbury High School and the Steelman's Business School. He is also a graduate of Rutgers School of Continuing Education, where he attained his insurance training. Jim is a longtime member of the Professional Insurance Agents and the Independent Insurance Agents of New Jersey.

Jim is extremely active in the local community. He is a former Jaycee member, and was honored with the Distinguished Lifetime Member Award. He was a member of the Board of Directors of the Woodbury Exchange Club, and has served as President, Vice President, and Secretary. He is also a member of Florence Lodge #87, F. & A.M. Jim serves on the Board of Directors for Alliance Hospice, and is a Paul Harris Fellow.

Pamela S. Clark

Pamela Clark (Pam) is the Secretary/Treasurer of Cettei & Connell, Inc., and has been with the agency for 30 years. In addition to her role at Cettei & Connell, Inc., Pam is also very active in the community. She serves
as a Trustee on the Board of Directors at Underwood Memorial Hospital. She also serves on U.M.H's Foundation Board, and is a member of the Second Auxiliary. Pam is also a Board member of the Greater Woodbury Chamber of Commerce.

Pam is Past President of the Woodbury Rotary Breakfast Club, and currently serves on the Board of Directors as Foundation Chairman. Pam became a Paul Harris Fellow in 1995. She is Past President of the American Heart Association of Gloucester County, and has chaired and been involved in many other local projects and organizations. Pam was awarded the Distinguished Service Award by the Greater Woodbury Jaycees in 1996, and received the Rotary Vocation Award in 2002.

David Strout, Jr. has been with the firm since 1989. He became a partner in 2000, and currently serves as Vice President. He is the grandson of David F. Connell, Jr., the original owner, and is the third generation of family to operate the business. David graduated from West Deptford High School and attended Trenton State College. He then graduated from the South Jersey Professional School of Business in 1989. David recently successfully completed the Certified Insurance Counselors Course held in Edison, NJ.

David is Chairman of the Board of the Young Agents Council of The Independent Insurance Agents and Brokers of New Jersey. He also serves on the government affairs committee for the Independent Insurance Agents and Brokers of New Jersey. David is a Board member of the Greater Woodbury Chamber of Commerce, and is a past president of the Woodbury Jaycees, past president of the Independent Insurance Agents of Camden-Gloucester and a former two-term City Councilman in the City of Woodbury. David was also an Elder at the Presbyterian Church of Woodbury.

Thomas Narolewski is the Property and Casualty Producer for Cettei and Connell Insurance.

Tom began his career in insurance as an Account Manager. His background encompasses years of experience in the industry including risk management, marketing, and claims handling. His expertise includes public entity, hospitality, Contractors, wholesalers, food risks and uncommon clients groups.

Tom received his BBA degree from Temple University in Risk Management and Insurance and joined Cettei and Connell Insurance in January, 2008.

Gregory B. Jones is a Broker/Producer, handling the Insurance & Risk Managment needs of Business & Professional Clients, and thier related Personal Ins needs at Cettei and Connell Insurance.

Greg has decades of experience in the insurance industry, beginning in 1973 when he joined his family insurance business in Woodbury, NJ. The 3rd generation family owner of Storrie, Budd & Jones Agency, Inc., Greg held the position of President from 1986-2004, when he negotiated a successful merger with Bollinger, Inc., then the 9th largest independently owned insurance brokerage firm in the USA. Greg holds a BS in Business Administration, with a concentration in marketing, from Elizabethtown College (PA). He obtained the professional designation of “Accredited Advisor in Insurance” (AAI) in 1987.

Greg has always had an interest in serving the community, and has been involved in, and has served as President, and on the Board of Directors for several organizations over the years. These include Woodbury JayCees, the Woodbury Rotary Club, the Greater Woodbury Chamber of Commerce, the Gloucester County YMCA, and YMCA Camp Ockanickon in Medford Lakes, NJ. Greg has also been involved in Scouting, where he served Scoutmaster and Committee Chairman for two more years, and is currently in BSA fund raising activities. He is one of the founding members of the Christian Business Men’s Connection (CBMC) of Woodbury.

Greg’s warm personality, professionalism, and his ability to establish long-term relationships are enabled by his strong faith in God and his desire to provide help to others – especially in his field of expertise: insurance and risk management.
